As an authorized dealer of wireless services working with large telecommunication clients we are looking to bring on a new Telecommunications Account Associate member to our team. Based in San Bernardino,CA we are a direct sales and marketing firm responsible for carrying out our clients mission in expanding their presence throughout the area to local customers. We are looking to add a tech-savvy, and outgoing individual to join our crew as a Telecommunications Account Associate.

 

As a Telecommunication Account Associate you will be combining a variety of direct marketing and sales strategies to connect directly with customers. This role will allow you to work directly with customers educating them on product offerings, enrolling them in services and educating them on services that would best fit their needs. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, self-motivated, and a team player. Telecommunication Account Associate key responsibilities:

 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in person to demonstrate new wireless products and services
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand our wireless enrollment market reach and client accounts 
  • Collaborate with fellow Telecommunication Account Associates and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery daily
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
 

Qualifications for a Telecommunication Account Associate:

 
  • Previous experience as a customer service, retail, account associate, or relative sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Willingness to learn and implement new features and direct sales strategies to fulfill customer needs
